Ascension Borgess-Lee leader recognized as “CEO to know”

Natalie Couturiaux Ryder, MSN, RN, Chief Administrative Officer of Ascension Borgess-Lee Hospital, part of Ascension Michigan, has been named a “critical access hospital CEO to know” by Becker’s Hospital Review.

Natalie leads the development, design and operational improvement of systems for healthcare delivery. She has improved patient and employee satisfaction and reduced staff turnover during the first 15 months in her new role.

Natalie and other leaders of hospitals with 25 or fewer beds were recognized by Becker’s for their innovation, quality and patient safety efforts.
