Ascension Saint Agnes Among America's Top 100 Hospitals for Orthopedic Surgery

A new national survey of orthopedic surgery outcomes recognized Ascension Saint Agnes among the best hospitals in the nation. Healthgrades released its Annual Report to the Nation and Healthgrades Specialty Excellence Awards™ which recognized Saint Agnes in its America’s 100 Best Hospitals for Orthopedic Surgery Award™.

Healthgrades recognizes hospitals that deliver superior patient outcomes within 16 service lines. These hospitals are recipients of Healthgrades Specialty Excellence Awards. From each service line recipient list, Healthgrades further distinguishes hospitals that stand out as America’s 100 Best Hospitals for Specialty Care™.

The list of the 100 best hospitals for orthopedic surgery was compiled by analyzing clinical outcomes for back and neck surgery, hip replacement, hip fracture treatment, total knee replacement and spinal fusion. This is the second consecutive year Ascension Saint Agnes was included on this list.

Healthgrades also recognized Ascension Saint Agnes’ weight loss surgery program with a Bariatric Surgery Excellence Award™ for superior clinical outcomes. This is the third consecutive year the program was honored.
