Morley Healy has accepted the role of Chief Strategy Officer for Ascension Via Christi, effective Feb. 23. Morley had served as the Interim Strategy Leader since August 2018.
As the Chief Strategy Officer, Morley will oversee activities associated with the Strategy Ministry-wide Function, growth, innovations, strategic partnerships, provider networks and outreach activities while working alongside Ascension Kansas Chief Clinical Officer Ed Hett, MD, to continue to develop value-based care initiatives.
Morley joined Ascension Via Christi in 2008, initially as an administrative resident, then working with Business Development. Since then she has held a variety of roles within Strategy, including development of Ascension Via Christi’s virtual services offering, service line development, creating strategic partnerships and investments, supporting development of its accountable care organization, as well as other growth and service line activities. Morley also represents Ascension Via Christi on multiple boards including Kansas Surgery and Recovery Center, Ascension Via Christi Hospital Pittsburg, Pinnacle Care PHO, and GraceMed.
Morley is a Trinity University graduate with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Health Care Administration. Morley and her husband, Cameron Stalnaker, have a 13-year-old son, Tatum, 1-year-old son, Chain, and a girl, Brooks, born last weekend.
