Ascension Medical Group (AMG) at Ascension St. Vincent’s in northeast Florida has acquired the largest family practice group in southeast Georgia, with clinics in Blackshear, Nahunta and Waycross, Georgia.
The practices are now known as Ascension St. Vincent’s Blackshear Family Practice.
The acquisition adds 13 providers to AMG St. Vincent‘s primary care network:
