Ascension Saint Thomas launches HerHealth360: A vibrant women’s health experience at the Pinnacle

Women’s wellness will take center stage this May with HerHealth360, an immersive and celebratory evening focused on whole-woman care, presented by Ascension Saint Thomas Women’s Health and Hologic.

The free event will take place Thursday, May 8, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Pinnacle at Nashville Yards, 910 Exchange Lane.

HerHealth360 combines health care, lifestyle and community in what organizers describe as a “ladies’ night out with a purpose.” Attendees can enjoy interactive health experiences, wine, live music, curated shopping, light bites and the opportunity to schedule preventive screenings — all in one fun, empowering evening.

“HerHealth360 is more than an event — it’s a movement,” said Kimberly Wells, vice president of women’s services at Ascension Saint Thomas. “As a leader in women’s health care, our role is to make access easier, to simplify the complex and to equip women with the knowledge and confidence to advocate for their own well-being. We’re here to dispel myths, provide trusted information and create a space that feels safe, authentic and uplifting. Because caring for ourselves shouldn’t be another burden — it should be a celebration of who we are.”

The inaugural HerHealth360 is presented by Hologic, a global leader in women’s health innovation.

“We are thrilled to be a part of the first-ever HerHealth360 event and applaud Ascension for bringing awareness to women’s health issues,” said Mary Byerly, vice president of Hologic Surgical Solutions. “We believe that women deserve to know more about their bodies, have better access to information and should have the most advanced treatment options for conditions that alter their quality of life.”

Event highlights include:

  • Expert panel discussion: Featuring women’s health leaders from Middle Tennessee and special guest Olympic gold medalist Shawn Johnson East. Moderated by Dawn Stone, known as “The Conflict Chick.”

  • Live entertainment: Featuring music that blends Nashville’s signature sound with a focus on women’s wellness.

  • Wellness services: On-site access to specialists in heart, breast, digestive, pelvic and mental health care, with preventive screenings and appointment scheduling.

  • Curated shopping: A hand-selected collection of fashion, accessories, artisan goods and wellness products from female-focused brands and boutiques.

Event sponsors:

  • Presenting sponsor: Hologic

  • Premier sponsors: PathPoint Health, Sodexo Live! and Results Physiotherapy

“HerHealth360 is where intention meets action. We’re proud to support a space where women can connect, reflect and take steps toward a healthier, more energized life,” said Susan Mehta, RN, BSN, co-founder and vice president of clinical operations at PathPoint Health.

Whether attendees are looking to take charge of their health, connect with women’s health leaders or simply unwind in good company, HerHealth360 promises a blend of education and inspiration.
