Ascension St. Vincent Earns National Verification for Comprehensive Inpatient Vascular Care

Ascension St. Vincent has achieved Comprehensive Inpatient Verification through the Vascular Verification Program (Vascular-VP), recognizing the hospital’s commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based vascular care.

“Achieving Comprehensive Inpatient Verification through the Vascular Verification Program is a meaningful recognition of the dedication and expertise of our care teams,” said Chad Dilley, Ascension St. Vincent Hospital President. “This distinction reflects our unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered vascular care and continuously improving outcomes for the communities we serve. We are proud to be recognized as an ACS Surgical Quality Partner and will continue advancing our vascular program to meet the evolving needs of our patients.”

The Vascular Verification Program evaluates hospitals on their ability to provide comprehensive care for patients with vascular disease, including advanced surgical capabilities, multidisciplinary collaboration, and ongoing performance measurement.

This distinction also recognizes Ascension St. Vincent as an ACS Surgical Quality Partner, reflecting the organization’s adherence to rigorous standards that enhance patient safety, improve outcomes, and support continuous quality improvement in vascular care.

The verification, awarded following a successful site visit on March 11, 2025, is valid for three years through March 11, 2028. During this period, Ascension St. Vincent will be listed among verified participating centers on the American College of Surgeons (ACS) website. For more information, visit www.facs.org/vascular.
