Ascension St. Vincent's Interim Market Lead Scott Kashman spoke to graduates of the University of North Florida's IGNITE program and members of the ACHE North Florida Chapter about the future of leadership in healthcare.

Scott shared his five focus areas for building culture in the workplace and the importance of inspiring and engaging others as a leader.

IGNITE is a healthcare leadership program at UNF Brooks College of Health designed to help students develop their Interpersonal Growth through self-awareness and expanding skills in Negotiation, Influence, Transformative Change, and Empowerment.
