Joseph Francis has been named Chief Financial Officer of Ascension St. Vincent's Clay County.
Francis returns to Ascension Florida, where he held several finance and operations roles from 2021 to 2025. Most recently, he served as Assistant CFO at Tenet Healthcare.

Throughout his career, Francis has focused on strengthening financial performance through supply chain optimization, department operating reviews and budget development.
As CFO, Francis will oversee the hospital's financial operations, work with market leadership on strategies to meet financial goals and manage resources in support of Ascension's Mission.
