Nick Ragone, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, Ascension, is included in the Influence 100 2019, a list of top leaders in the communications field published by The Holmes Report. He has been on the list every year since it began in 2017.
“In addition to providing counsel to the CEO on policy and reputation issues, he has led the rebranding of the entire system, transformed the marketing department with a new digital focus, streamlined agency relationships and launched the first ever national advertising campaign around Ascension’s Veteran’s Choice program,” the organization said. “In addition, Ragone’s role focuses on defining and strengthening the Ascension brand, implementing a robust thought leadership plan, and developing a corporate social responsibility platform.”
The Holmes Report's Influence 100 recognizes the most important and influential in-house communicators from around the world.
Earlier this year Nick was appointed to the Missouri State Board of Health and Senior Services by Missouri Governor Mike Parson. In both 2016 and 2017, he was recognized by PRWeek as one of the 50 most influential marketers and communicators in healthcare.
