Colorectal Cancer is the third most common cancer worldwide and the second leading cause of cancer deaths in both men and women in the United States.
Ascension St. John provides screenings for CRC at five of our seven hospitals. The screening process for CRC can include colonoscopies, rectal exams, and blood tests. It is recommended that individuals between 45-75 get screened for colorectal cancer or earlier if there is a family history of colorectal cancer.
