Neighborhood Resources: Connecting Communities to Food and Essential Resources

Since its launch in 2021, more than 500,000 patients and community members have turned to Ascension’s Neighborhood Resource, a free online tool that connects individuals with nearby organizations offering free and reduced-cost services.

By simply entering a ZIP code, users can quickly find local support for food access, housing, transportation, clothing and care services — from community food pantries and meal delivery programs to baby supplies and medical equipment.

In FY2025 alone, the platform helped more than 23,000 people access these critical services. Accessible anytime, from any device, Neighborhood Resource makes it easier for individuals and families to find the help they need — close to home.
