Ascension Wisconsin has released its 2025 Ministry in Action Report, detailing the health system’s ongoing efforts to improve quality and safety, expand access, invest in associates and strengthen communities through programs that address health equity and social needs.

The report highlights the compassionate care, innovation and community partnerships that bring Ascension’s Mission to life every day, and reflects Ascension Wisconsin's unwavering focus on delivering holistic, person-centered care with special attention to those most vulnerable.

“The Ascension Wisconsin Ministry in Action Report highlights how thoughtful planning and collaboration lead to real progress, and behind every impressive statistic are the amazing associates who bring our Mission to life every day,” said Daniel Jackson, Ascension Wisconsin’s CEO. “The report demonstrates how we are constantly innovating, evolving, and improving to meet the ever-changing needs of the communities we serve.”

Key highlights of the Ministry in Action Report:

  • Consumer Experience: We offer patients regular updates to keep them informed, and with real-time Net Promoter Score tracking, patients can provide immediate feedback.
  • Community Impact: We contributed over $218 million in community benefit, and addressed food insecurity by providing nearly 17,000 meals to area communities.
  • Investing in Our Associates: Our tuition program offers up to $5,250 annually for eligible degrees and certifications, and associates have access to tools, videos, live support, spiritual care and much more prioritizing our associates’ well-being.

“At Ascension Wisconsin, we dedicate ourselves to live out our three Service Commitments: Extend Kindness, Listen To Understand and Serve Together, “ said Jackson. “At the heart of all we do are our patients. Every decision we make puts our patients first.”
