This free, one-day event will provide health and wellness services to Nashville area community members who are uninsured, underinsured, or facing barriers to traditional care, with no insurance or appointments required. Onsite teams will also connect participants with community partners and local resources to support their long-term health, ensuring continuity of care beyond the event.

Since its inception in 2008, Medical Mission at Home has provided compassionate, high-quality healthcare to thousands across Middle Tennessee. During this year’s event, participants can receive the following services at no cost:

  • Medical, dental, vision and mental health services
  • No-cost prescription dispensing through Ascension Rx, supported by donated medications from Dispensary of Hope
  • Immunizations, hearing screenings, spiritual care, food and financial guidance
  • Other personal care services
  • Follow-up appointments to support needed ongoing care
  • Access to community resources and social support

This event is made possible by dedicated volunteers from Ascension Saint Thomas, including associates, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, chaplains, and partner organizations who come together to serve the community.

Through Medical Mission at Home, Ascension Saint Thomas continues to break down barriers to care and build stronger, healthier communities.
