Chief Pharmacy Officer Mike Wascovich highlights national collaboration to expand medication access on CHA podcast

Ascension Vice President of Medication Management and Chief Pharmacy Officer Mike Wascovich, PharmD, MBA, recently joined the Catholic Health Association’s Health Calls podcast to discuss how Ascension and Dispensary of Hope are working together to expand access to life-saving medications.

Wascovich highlighted Dispensary of Hope’s growth into a national network serving patients across 38 states, through more than 300 dispensing sites, including 35 Ascension locations. The program distributes donated medications from pharmaceutical manufacturers to nonprofit clinics and pharmacies serving populations in need, helping patients manage conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and hypertension.
