Becker's Hospital Review released the 2026 list of "Rising stars: Healthcare leaders under 40" recognizing 188 emerging healthcare leaders, including Ascension St. John CEO Bo Beaudry. The emerging leaders recognized on the list are rewriting what's possible in healthcare, and they're doing it early. At 40 or younger, they are driving innovation, championing better outcomes, and leading boldly.
Under Beaudry’s leadership, Ascension St. John has reached significant milestones, including Tulsa's first ACS-verified Level 1 Trauma Center, quality and safety improvements across the market, cultivation of a strong organizational culture, and an improved patient experience - all while the health system celebrates its centennial anniversary.
“I’m fortunate to work alongside thousands of associates, clinicians and leaders who show up every day committed to caring for our patients, one another and the communities we serve,” said Beaudry. “I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished together and excited about what’s ahead.”
The Becker's Hospital Review editorial team accepted nominations for the list and curated it to highlight the accomplishments of the rising stars. In addition to Beaudry, four additional Ascension leaders were featured on the list, which can be read here.
