Wanda Lyle currently serves as the Interim President and CEO of the Center for Nonprofit Management where she brings over 40 years of experience in the financial services sector and 10 years of experience as a nonprofit Board Director.

Before joining CNM, Wanda retired as President of UBS Business Solutions US LLC in 2021, where she led the expansion of UBS Business Solutions Center Nashville, supporting the UBS wealth management and investment banking businesses in the US. She joined UBS in 2010 as the Head of Employee Compliance for the Americas. In 2011, she assumed responsibility for Global Employee Compliance and was ultimately named Co-Head of Americas Compliance before relocating to Nashville.

In addition to serving on the Ascension Saint Thomas Board, Lyle currently is the immediate past Chair and member of the board and executive committee of the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce and past Chair of the Greater Nashville YWCA and the Nashville Public Education Foundation, where she still serves on the board. Additionally, she serves on the boards of NashvilleHealth, Tennessee College Access and Success Network, the Frist Art Museum, and the Tennessee Business Leaders Council. She is a member of the Tennessee chapter of the International Women’s Forum and Downtown Nashville Rotary. She was a member of the 2018 Leadership Nashville Class before serving as program co-chair for the 2019 class. In 2022 she was inducted into the Academy for Women of Achievement.

Lyle was named among the Nashville Business Journal’s Power 100 in 2017-2022 and the Power Leaders in Finance in 2018-2021. She was also named to the Nashville Post’s annual “In Charge – Banking & Finance” list of industry leaders from 2016-2021. Lyle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mississippi. She and her husband have two grown daughters and three grandchildren.
