Ascension is focused on providing convenient, accessible care to those we are privileged to serve.
A new marketing and advertising campaign promotes anytime, anywhere access to care as part of the Ascension brand with an emphasis on the benefits of Ascension Online Care.
“We are redesigning the front door to our national health ministry to create more access and entry points for patients and consumers, and we are building new consumer products that create a seamless experience along the journey,” said Baligh Yehia, MD, Chief Medical Officer, Clinical & Network Services, who leads work on this effort.
One type of care many consumers seek is virtual care for urgent, episodic and low-acuity needs. That’s why Ascension Online Care provides direct-to-consumer virtual care, providing 24/7 access to care as part of the Ascension brand and an anytime, anywhere point of entry into our integrated health system.
To more broadly introduce Ascension Online Care to patients and communities, a fully integrated, broad awareness marketing and advertising campaign will launch across Ascension’s Ministry Markets this weekend, positioning it as a go-to option within the continuum of care.
“To improve the health of the communities we serve, we must increase the access, availability and convenience to our care – that is one way we keep our brand promise,” said Nick Ragone, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer. “Our new integrated advertising campaign promotes Ascension Online Care as our newest consumer access point in the marketplace and elevates our Ascension brand for top-of-mind consumer awareness.”
The new advertising campaign includes newspaper placements, radio advertising, billboards, social media and internal promotion. The campaign encourages consumers and Ascension associates to schedule an appointment online anytime or get to 24/7 care through Ascension Online Care – identifying the Ascension brand as the health system of choice for access, availability and convenience and making it easier than ever to find an Ascension doctor, schedule an appointment or have an online visit.
