Three Ascension Living skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers have been named to Newsweek‘s Best Nursing Homes 2020 list. The first-ever list recognizes just over 400 of the best nursing homes across the 20 largest U.S. states. The designations were based on analysis of more than 15,000 nursing homes.
The Ascension Living owned and operated skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers awarded the Newsweek honor:
- Presence Resurrection Life Center, Chicago
- Presence Villa Scalabrini Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Northlake, Illinois
- Presence Resurrection Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Park Ridge, Illinois
“This designation is a testament to the dedication, personalized care and service provided by every member of the Ascension Living team who are driven by a commitment to delivering quality care, providing superior service and living out our Mission,” said Danny Stricker, President, Ascension Post-Acute Services. “It truly is an honor to have communities nationally recognized by this leading publication.”
Newsweek ranked the centers based on a reputation score derived from a survey given to industry experts and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) performance measures: health inspections, staffing and quality.
