Deborah Barnett, LPN, Ascension Living Carroll Manor in Washington, D.C., was recognized as one of 14 finalists for the National Ceca Award.
The Ceca Foundation, a national nonprofit organization, created the Ceca Award program as a way for healthcare communities to honor their exceptional clinical and support staff members.
