HerHealth360 Event Celebrates Women’s Health in its Second Year

Ascension Saint Thomas will host its second annual HerHealth360 on Thursday, May 7, 2026, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville. The event brings together healthcare, wellness and lifestyle experiences for women across Middle Tennessee in an interactive evening focused on whole person health.

Building on the success of its inaugural event, which welcomed more than 400 women and 70 vendors, this year’s HerHealth360 is expected to draw more than 600 attendees for an elevated boutique style experience designed to reimagine the traditional health fair.

HerHealth360 combines access to trusted healthcare resources with engaging lifestyle experiences, creating a space where women can take meaningful steps toward better health in a vibrant and social setting. Attendees can schedule mammograms and other screenings, connect with Ascension Saint Thomas healthcare experts and receive personalized wellness guidance.

The event will feature a variety of interactive health and wellness offerings, including:

  • On site appointment scheduling and mobile mammography services
  • Conversations with healthcare specialists and wellness experts
  • Interactive experiences and personalized wellness roadmaps
  • Expert panel discussion titled “What Your Mama Didn’t Tell You” featuring Middle Tennessee leaders in women’s health

Panelists include:

  • Dr. Hannah Fish Trotter, cardiologist, Ascension Saint Thomas
  • Dr. Jessica N. Limberg, breast surgeon and surgical oncologist, Ascension Saint Thomas
  • Dr. Amanda Merriman, urogynecologist, Ascension Saint Thomas
  • Dr. Lorraine A. Charles, family medicine physician, Ascension Saint Thomas

Moderator: Marcia Masulla, CEO, ROAR Nashville

In addition to healthcare access, HerHealth360 will include curated shopping, signature cocktail and beverage bars, appetizers and swag bags. The event is designed to foster connection, discovery and community while encouraging women to prioritize their health.

HerHealth360 is presented by Mamaya Health, with Hologic serving as the premier sponsor. Additional sponsors include Baxter, Boston Scientific, Deloitte, Family Care Center, Fifth Third Bank, InfoWorks, Natera, Onsite Women’s Health, PathPoint Health, Premier Radiology, PwC, Results Physiotherapy, Sodexo Live and Tennessee Oncology. Community partners include Axios, Better Than Booze, hip hues, Metropolis and TEDxNashville.

"Mamaya was built to meet women in the moments that shape their lives, the fertility treatment, the oncology diagnosis, the birth of a child, the chronic illness, the grief that doesn't have a name yet,” said Amy Gree, co-founder and CGO for Mamaya Health. “Presenting HerHealth360 with Ascension Saint Thomas is personal, it's how we show up for women in our own backyard, and how the care doesn't end when the evening does."

“HerHealth360 is designed to meet women where they are by bringing together healthcare, education and lifestyle in an accessible and engaging way,” said Kimberly Wells, vice president of Women’s Services at Ascension Saint Thomas. “We are proud to offer an experience that encourages women to prioritize their health while connecting with trusted experts and each other.”

The event is free to attend to help maximize accessibility and participation across Middle Tennessee.
