Scheduled Maintenance
A subset of the ERP applications is scheduled for maintenance on Saturday 02/24 from 11:00 p.m. CT/12:00 a.m. ET to Sunday 02/25 at 3:00 a.m. CT/04:00 a.m. ET.
During this maintenance window, the following applications will be unavailable:
- MyAscension Portal and all applications accessed via MyAscension Portal
The following applications are not affected by this maintenance and will be available during the maintenance window via Direct application URL’s.

The following applications and functions are available but can only be accessed by desktop icons during the maintenance window:
- Kronos Timekeeper (Including TimeStamp)
- Kronos mySchedule
The following applications and functions are unaffected and available throughout the maintenance window:
- Kronos Time Clocks
- Kronos Functions within OneNurse
- Kronos Mobile
As a reminder, the following applications are currently unavailable and will remain unavailable following the maintenance window, as our vendor continues to remediate issues:
- Kronos mySchedule Extensions for Healthcare (aka Patient Assignments)
- Kronos Workforce Analytics Kronos TeleTime
