Together Health Network, a clinically integrated system of care between Ascension Health and CHE Trinity Health, is one of two health system organizations based in southeast Michigan to sign innovative managed care contracts with Blue Care Network of Michigan to cover Medicare beneficiaries in eight Michigan counties. Together Health Network includes Ascension Health’s Michigan Health Ministries and Ann Arbor-based St. Joseph Mercy Health System, encompassing hundreds of physicians, 16 hospitals and other providers. Ascension Health’s Michigan hospitals include Providence Hospital in Southfield; Providence Park in Novi; St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit; St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospital, Macomb Center in Warren; St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospital, Oakland Center in Madison Heights, St. John River District Hospital in East China; Genesys Regional Medical Center in Flint; Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo; Borgess Pipp Hospital in Plainwell, and Borgess Lee Memorial Hospital in Dowagiac.
