Via Christi HOPE Program Highlighted

Via Christi HOPE, a senior care program launched in 2002 by Via Christi Health in Wichita, Kansas, is highlighted in a recent story by Wichita Public Radio. Via Christi HOPE is a PACE program. PACE stands for Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, a Medicare and Medicaid program that helps people meet their healthcare needs in the community instead of going to a nursing home or other care facility.

Last year, Via Christi HOPE became part of Ascension Health Senior Care, which brought together facilities and programs across the country to create better access to resources to enhance patient care, programs and services, as well as share best practices and processes, and establish consistent standards.
