As Daniel (Danny) Stricker now leads as President of Ascension’s new Post-Acute Services Division, Ryan Endsley will now serve as Chief Operating Officer for Ascension Living.
In his new role, Ryan directs the operational and clinical integration of post-acute services across Ascension Living’s 54 communities. To provide Ascension patients with seamless care, he will work closely with Ascension Ministry Market leaders to ensure better collaboration between acute care and post-acute services, improving outcomes and lowering the cost of care.
“Ryan has been a vital member of the Ascension Living community who has made a significant impact on the lives of those we serve in a short amount of time,” Danny said. “He is a gracious leader who always strives to further staff education, enhance the resident experience and further our mission by thinking differently to provide customized care and personalized service.”
Ryan most recently served as Market Vice President of Operations, Ascension Living. He is an outstanding senior care executive with almost 20 years’ experience in nonprofit and for-profit long-term care settings. His experience includes regional leadership of skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, and independent living communities throughout Missouri and Kansas. He has a history of achieving exceptional financial, operational, clinical, satisfaction and regulatory outcomes.
