Ascension St. Vincent Leadership Change

Effective April 28, Jonathan Nalli will be transitioning out of his role as Senior Vice President, Ascension, and Ministry Market Executive, Ascension St. Vincent.

“Under Jonathan’s servant leadership, our Indiana ministry has grown in services and access while delivering industry-leading care in areas such as cardiovascular, women’s health, pediatrics, neurosciences, cancer care, orthopedics, bariatrics, trauma and employer-based healthcare solutions,” said Tim P. Adams, Senior Vice President and Regional Operating Officer, Ascension. “With Jonathan’s support, we will be working through a thoughtful transition plan to ensure Indiana’s next leader and the ministry are well positioned for continued success.”

Since joining Ascension in 2014, Jonathan and his team have focused on innovation in healthcare, leading development of new technologies and practices to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall patient experience. He has led efforts to strengthen Ascension St. Vincent’s involvement in local communities, focusing on addressing social determinants of health and working to improve the overall well-being of residents in the region. He has encouraged collaboration among physicians and healthcare providers, fostering a team-based approach to care that has aimed to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction. And he has prioritized workforce development, creating initiatives to train and retain healthcare professionals and support staff, ensuring the continued provision of compassionate, personalized care.

We are grateful to Jonathan for his contributions to our Ascension Indiana ministry.
