Ascension Texas hospitals celebrate moms ahead of Mother’s Day weekend

Two Ascension Texas hospitals celebrated moms ahead of Mother’s Day weekend.

Dell Children’s Medical Center hosted a Mother’s Day Celebration to recognize the mothers and caregivers of patients at the hospital. The celebration featured beauty services for mom, including manicures, hairstyling and make-up application. Disney princess Belle and Wonder Woman will also made an appearance. The event was a collaboration between Dell Children’s, Beautifully Loved, L4 Cares and Dell Children’s Women Trust.

Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin teamed up with Kendra Scott to gift new moms jewelry for Mother's Day. Kendra Scott prepared nearly 85 boxes containing the Cailin Pendant Necklace and Cailin Huggie Earrings in Green Crystal, representing the May birthstone color. Kendra Scott and the Ascension Seton Foundation have been partners since 2016. Read more from the Austin American-Statesman.
