Ascension St. Vincent's holds fourth annual summer camp for kids in Clay County

The Ascension St. Vincent's Faith Community Nursing Ministry held its fourth week-long summer camp for children in Middleburg.

The free camp aims to support low-income families in Clay County. The camp's daily agenda consisted of nutrition preparation classes, hands-on CPR training, STEM education, water activities and much more.

Ascension St. Vincent's thanks the Warren Power Foundation for funding this year's camp. We also thank Clay County Parks & Recreation for the use of their facilities and staff who provided the outdoor activities, along with Clay UF-IFAS Home Extension, Clay County Sheriff's Office Community Outreach, Clay County Library, Drug Free Duval, and Clay Parks Naturalist.
