Stephen M. Flatt serves as the Vice President and Regional Integration Officer of The Resource Group where he effectively leads contracting services, operations and logistics optimization, and implementation services for Ascension Saint Thomas.
Stephen joined Ascension Saint Thomas in January 2014 as a Director of Operations. He now leads the Ascension Saint Thomas Supply Chain, which has received the highest executive satisfaction scores across Ascension.Before working at Ascension Saint Thomas, Stephen held the Logistics and Operations Manager position at Mars Pet Care and Director Merchandise Planning and Analysis at Dollar General Corporation.
Stephen holds a Master of Business Administration from Tennessee Technological University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.
