Bobette Brown, MBA, joined Ascension Saint Thomas in early 2022 and serves as the Marketing Senior Director. In this role, she is responsible for brand reputation and engagement with oversight of the coordination and implementation of direct-to-consumer marketing strategies, social media and online content and SEO, ensuring the seamless execution of marketing initiatives to meet business goals.
Bobette has been working in the marketing field for more than two decades, with the majority of her career in the healthcare industry. Before joining Ascension Saint Thoms, she spent 12 years at Palomar Health, a healthcare system in California, most recently serving as the director of marketing and communications. She thrives on creativity and enjoys fusing it with brand engagement and ROI goals to create an ideal consumer experience that supports brand reputation.
She earned a Master of Business Administration degree from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies at the University of North Florida, Jacksonville. Her work has earned her numerous healthcare communicator awards and she was named one of San Diego Business Journal's Top 40 Under 40 Business Leaders in 2019.
